Morley's Fried Chicken Shop Forest Hill Chicken at its best! Reasonably priced and very quick service. Fast food which is tasty, and they certainly cook your food the way you like it. I always like my chips extra crispy which they deliver perfectly each and every visit I make. I would recommend Morley's Forest Hill everything Chicken!, especially the grilled Whole Chicken Peri Peri style, with Lemon & Herb coating for a Fast food Treat.
Proud South Londoner’s will always recommend Morley’s. I’ve found the ultimate fried chicken spot in this area! This local gem serves up the crispiest, juiciest fried chicken. The flavours are unmatched, and the staff exudes that warm, community vibe. If you’re in South London and craving fried chicken, this is the place to be!

The quality of the food for the price is impossible to beat. The chicken is always properly cooked n the peri peri is always juicy and morish . The chips are crisp aswell and compared to lots of other chicken shops are streets ahead .
2024 review. The portion sizes are ridiculously small now. Chicken almost the same size as the wings. Burger over cooked and tiny. Used to be my go to buy gone down hill

I used to love this store but started having issues and the food quality seemed to decline i.e. greasy etc. The last time I ordered there was an issue with my chips. I was putting salt on them and could clearly see they had been at least double fried but probably more than that (they looked very crunchy and almost see through). I debated whether or not to say something, then finally did & very politely! The person who served me didn't even say anything just looked massively offended, made an expression of disgust and didn't do anything. I just left and when I got home tried eating the chips but couldn't really (they were that bad).
Decided to try the store again after a long time: service seemed to have improved and the food was definitely better (but not great).
Great chicken & chips the hot wings are lovely. Cheap takeaway. When walking down the street you can smell the chicken.
