No great. Ordered the breakfast which came with a cremated egg and a rock solid yoke. I refuse to believe that the person who cooked my egg would accept the same served to them or to cook like that in their own home. The tomatoes were mush and the beans were oddly as dry as a bone. They looked like they were there from a previous customers breakfast plate and had been on the plate for a long time. Sausages and bacon were OK and so too was the toast. I just ate round the dodgy bits and left. Hash brown looked like it was hit with a hammer. Staff seemed quite approachable but I wasn’t about to complain as I had shopping to get and had just popped in for a quick feed and didn’t have time for them to cook/destroy more food for me. I know it’s a cheap greasy spoon cafe but I expected more. I also know that people have different preferences for how they want their food cooked but I’m the paying customer here and there was little care taken with the preparation of my food.
I am struggling to understand how other people had left good reviews for their breakfast AND taken a photo of them! I wished I would had checked the reviews and would have seen the photos of the breakfasts before I went in.
Coffee was ok though to be fair. Pretty hard to mess that up. The 2 stars was for the coffee.
Normally go to Costa as you know what you’re getting. However, I decided to try Morgans coffee shop and I’m glad to say I won’t be going back to Costa. Lovely young lady call courtesy made my coffee and it was delicious. The cake was very tasty too.
Coffee with a smile, a very good antidote to a wet and cold day. Finally managed to venture into the recently opened Morgan's Coffee Shop. The decor is warm and welcoming, with its green panelled walls adorned with images of coffee leaving you in no doubt as to what is on offer. The seating is soft sofas and arm chairs in grey. We enjoyed a cheese and onion toasted sandwich, which was made fresh and very tasty, all washed down with mugs of coffee. There is a range of treats available in the form of cakes and pastries, which looked tempting. The staff/owners were welcoming polite and provided service with a smile. A welcome addition to the high street.
First time in here and won't be the last, ordered 2 traditional breakfast's along with drinks and have to say it's the best breakfast from a cafe we have ever had, place nicely decorated and clean, staff polite and prices very reasonable.

Had a lovely breakfast ordered poached egg and had brown bread was cooked to a perfection my poached egg highly recommended there breakfast was lovely and friendly staff and very quite .thank you
Go here on Sundays with me mate for breakfast. Foods always hot and the young waiting staff are polite and friendly. The caffs kitted out nice with some sofas+coffee tables and chairs+dinner tables. Only downside is it’s abit dear compared to others in the high street but worth it if willing to pay the difference

Returned on Saturday morning for breakfast with an Americano. They also have ground black pepper ????

Second time coming in here had the breakfast wrap and a all day breakfast wasn't too sure the first time but was phonomenal staff are friendly and polite definitely coming back again !!
