A brilliant addition to the community. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting, the food is fresh, tasty and generously portioned for the reasonable prices.
The staff are all lovely and can’t do enough for you. There is a wonderful outdoor area for the kids and dogs are welcome too! A place for every occasion.
Took my daughter and her friend to the pot painting and me and my teenage son had a drink there too. Lovely place, lovely welcoming staff and I highly recommended, already to go again with my mum for a coffee next week as she loves a good Cafe.
I am a 66 yr old male, & I walk my dog Nuno everyday & when I can afford it I treat myself to a cup of tea here, the staff are always polite & helpful, they bring my drink out to me to save me struggling with it. Best little cafe in Greatmoor/ Stepping hill area. ????❤
I love this place!!! Best cafe within miles especially for Gluten Free sandwiches which are hard to come by these days. Gem and her staff all work so hard to ensure everyone is happy and it’s very child friendly too! I love that their coffee comes as 2 shots standard (you can ask for one if you like it weaker) and they have a great range of milks incase you have other dietary needs…along with all the syrups too! My kids love the pancakes and bacon butties! It always feels really homely with great decor and welcoming staff.A must visit if you’ve not been yet…keep it up Moorish!x
Lovely food in a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Owner is lovely and the decor is great. They have some really great activities on.
After visiting today Moorish is now my favourite cafe.My gluten free allergy was well catered for with good delicious food choices for me .Coffee was perfect. I loved the surroundings and atmosphere and the new outside area was amazing can't wait to come again and bring my granchildren

Great looking coffee shop. Just a shame the coffee being made is subpar. I've been in 3 times now, every time I have, the person making the coffee asks how to do it..
She asks how many shots
Which cup to do it in
How much milk etc...
Have the staff been trained at all?
I watched her grind the coffee into the portafilter then locked straight into the machine. No tamping of the coffee at all.
Little things like this will result in bad tasting bitter coffee.
I understand that you are a new coffee shop and still learning but you are charging full price for a coffee which, in my case, wasn't drinkable.
I really hope you read this review and give the staff some training. I will revisit in a couple weeks, to see if things have changed.
On the bright side, the food looked and smelt great. Will definitely be trying next time.
