I have attended this surgery for most of my llfe. The treatment I have received and the service provided by all the staff there has always been very safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led during this time. The receptionists are very professional, friendly and polite. And all the dentists there over the years have treated me with the utmost care and respect. All who work there have gone out of their way to put me at my ease, explain procedures and answer any questions or concerns I have had. Thank you again to all the team; I look forward to see you again very soon for my regular check-up
Seen some negative comments about the receptionists but both my family and I have always had excellent service. The receptionists have always been polite and helpful and the dentist and dental hygiene therapist are excellent. Both very skilled and likeable. Couldn’t recommend enough ????????
Absolutely brilliant dentist . Been going here since I was a child and dentist have retired and new ones have started . Mr Shaikh is absolutely amazing . I do have a phobia or did have and mr shaikh has helped me overcome this. I never feel rushed at my appointments. I feel safe and cared for . I had a dental abscess last year and the service and care I received was outstanding. I had a tooth removed and no problem at all . All the staff are so lovely . I always feel it is very personal care and the staff know you . 100 percent recommend this practice. I am an NHS worker so I am fussy where I go. I will always go here . Dread the day mr Shaikh retires. I love the building it is old and has character, which it is a Victorian build , high ceilings , ceiling roses . Love these features. Highly recommend . My mum and step dad are also patients at this practice., I think that says something too they feel the same as me x
Two young Asian receptionists are extremely rude, abrupt, and ignorant to customers as they approach the desk.
Sit there listening to music on their phones, chatting away to eachother about their personal lives and inappropriate matters, whilst using foul language between themselves.
Felt like I was at a knockoff dentist ran by scum.
Absolutely excellent, all the receptionists were so polite and helpful,,I'm not great with dentists, but Mr Sheikh put me at ease,,after having two teeth out,, I can honestly say I'm not afraid anymore and I just want to say a big thank you to all of you for making me smile again
Rang the dentist to book my check up regarding an automated message to book it in. To find that I was blocked and taken off the register due to messages that I did not receive. The receptionist from the get go, was extremely rude and abrupt, when enquiring about why I had been blocked from the system, but still receiving messages for my check up. To then be told by the receptionist ‘you should know when you have an appointment, when you book in.’ Completely ignoring the fact that dentist send you reminders for this exact reason, which again I did not receive. Absolutely appalled by the customer service provided from Moor Park dental.
After putting off my dental visit due to extreme nerves, I eventually had no option to see Dr Sheikh for the removal of a tooth that had been causing me extreme pain. I explained to Dr Sheikh how Nervous I was but he totally helped me relax and talked me through the whole procedure!. He showed complete compassion which helped me so much! We eventually removed the tooth although it was tricky due to how broken the tooth had become! Thank you so much, I'm now feeling confident to come back and book more treatments ????. A big thank you also to the young lady on reception, you was also a great help!
I joined in lockdown. There does seem a long wait at times to be seen (20/25 mins) which can be frustrating when you are coming on a work day. However the dentist is kind and friendly and the service we have received in the past two years has been great I can't fault it.
