I had an amazing experience at Moonlight Bar and Restaurant! The ambiance is delightful, the food was excellent, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. I highly recommend this place
They are located just 2 mins away from the sea and have a perfect ambience with friendly staff. The menu is very good with delicious dishes at reasonable costs.Their Chatti choru is the must try. Enjoyed the food thoroughly.????

I find it hard to believe these reviews about 'great atmosphere' as I go past this place every day at least three times a day, and there is never anyone in this restaurant. After six months, I am baffled as to how it continues to exist. Is it like one of the many 'Turkish barbers' that populate the high street?
Treat with caution - but of course, you knew that because, as noted, there is never anyone in here.
Also - the windows are always dirty.
We were the only ones there on a Sat evening. Mains came before the starter. Food was cold. Two in our group had finished before we got our meal. More was sent back than was ordered. Very very poor. £150 for nothing &&&& no loo roll!

We found this place with a quick google search when looking for an indian restaurant in Southend. I have to say that I’m so glad we did.. The food was absolutely incredible and the flavours amazing. We ended up trying lots of different dishes and the flavours were amazing. The service was great and very friendly.
All you can eat on a £17/pers. The service needs improvement.. cutlery falling of from the heated trays. dishes covered with foil.. never seen this in a restaurant...like never. Non spicy options should be available. Looks like staff is catering only for Indian community and that`s all. Staff looked and was friendly but that`s not enough. We where not happy and this could have been easily seen but still been charged for putting 2 items in the plates which have not been touched. Staff couldn`t care less.
