Our go to takeaway, never disappointed. Had 2 black bean dishes last night with sides, so delicious and very large portions so be careful if you are on a diet! The delivery guys are always courteous and arrive when they say they will. I think you will find it difficult to find a quality Chinese takeaway as good as this coupled with the very reasonable prices anywhere in the area.
My favourite go to Chinese for 3 years, sorry to say not so good last night, has the chef changed ? Curry not the same, chicken balls not very crispy ! Will not be driving 12 miles for the food again ! Sorry
Great local takeaway. Hot, fresh and delicious and friendly service.
I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service as we did here yesterday evening. We were a group of 11 ordering a takeaway for delivery to a property 2 mins around the corner and when we called after our food was dropped off to explain we were missing a dish and had a duplicate of another in its place (and it was for our gluten intolerant friend so important he had the right dish) we were essentially told that, you have 25 dishes and you ordered 25 dishes and that's that... We'd spent around £160 and it was like getting blood out of a stone trying to get the correct dish brought to us.
In the end the 'roasted' duck came in batter deep fried and he couldn't eat it anyway, then they called telling us we should have paid for the dish when the driver came and they never would have brought it if they didn't think we would have paid.
The whole saga ended when the lady on the phone mentioned for the 5th time about it being fine as we had the right number of dishes and her hanging up the phone on my friend when he said, so you'd argue that even if we had 25 crispy chilli beef, it's fine because it's the right amount of dishes?
Shame the customer service is so unbelievably diabolical as the food was okay.
Just had takeaway and it was delicious ???? popped in to order and was told 15 minutes wait , well that’s no time at all and they kept apologising for the wait . Very friendly staff and great food too ????
What a great find the moonflower is. It isn't what you would expect to find in a fishing village like Porthleven.. there ample seating and easy parking around the harbour.
What I found that I liked the most was that the food is typically Anglo Chinese but very fresh and tasty.
One of our favourites to visit every time we are in Cornwall.
Card payments over £15, cash payments otherwise.
Reasonably priced and good quality food!
Takeaway and eating in both Great.
Cutlery provided and napkins for those like us who take away and eat it along the pier! Couldn't recommend more ????
