There was plastic in my donner meal, 20 minute late delivery too, honestly shocked, can't say I have ever found plastic in a meal before.
Edit (13.03.21) - Spoke with them over the phone who promised me a call back today to provide free milkshakes delivered. No call back, really poor service.
Food is of very good quality. chicken on point and spicy chips was delicious. Cheesy chips did not have much cheese on it; just few bits. An hour and ten minutes’ delivery is just too long when you’re dying of hunger but food delivered at 9:05pm as specified (order completed at 7:47pm). Worth the wait as food was still very hot and overall satisfactory.
Some of the worst food we have ever tasted. Pizza was over done.
Asked for no salad and sauce yet got salad and sauce. Asked for tango apple got tango orange. The food was freezing. And the SF chicken. Jesus christ. It taste 3 days old. They said they will give us a refund if they don't I will report them to the Food standards Agency.
Absolutely awful. Waited 1 hour an 15 minutes for a pizza that tasted like it had been heated up in the microwave. All we could taste was tomato and the taste of the pizza dough. Absolutely awful for the price we paid. Pizza came with no toppings at all, would highly recommend people go elsewhere after being delivered this monstrosity.

My first and last experience here. On a positive note, the wife enjoyed her Chicken Supreme burger, it was nice and my peri peri chicken was OK. The 2* is for the fried chicken that I ordered. It was disgusting... looked and tasted like it had been cooked the day before and just reheated. It was inedible and ended up in the green bin for recycling. By flogging me this inedible chicken, they have lost a potential long term customer, as the Pizza's looked good and the menu was substantial. Not my loss. Oh and it only has a 3*- hygiene rating. For Peri chicken, go to peri original on Stratford Road; for fried chicken go to Favorites in Netherfield.
Very disappointed. Took over an hour and 10 minutes to be delivered. Chips cold and not cooked properly. Burger barely hot. Asked for no Salad or Sauce in the Burger yet it came with both?? Won't bother with these again.
Lovely pizza 241 deal . I always get mine there and the chips with the peri peri on it lovely . So pizza for next day too cannot knock it !! Very kind and polite people also
