I booked my MOT in with Monster Cars a few months before this was due i took down the details i needed for my MOT the bloke even wrote my details in his book. I arrived on the day my MOT was due and the people working on cleaning the cars explained the guy who does MOT isn’t working today. I did not once have a call or message to inform me this will be cancelled especially on the day!! i’m absolutely appalled I go here a lot for my car cleaned and I will absolutely not be going back!
Took my work van here for a wash and mini valet and gotta say they did an awesome job my van looked brand new inside and out was really impressed
Needed a wash and interior clean PDQ and was there 0900 on the dot as they say. Straight in and they worked nearly an hour on my level 3 clean. It was great however I was pushed for time and they really worked hard to get it done. I don't come to Donny very often but usually need the car cleaned so this will be my absolute go to place. Thanks for the great work guys
These guys are not ok and pottentialy dangerous. Wife left car for wash and after come back the mirror wasnt going down. Shortly we was accused we the ones who broke mirror. It completly fell off. Guys insist it is recorded, another minute their cameras not working. Long story short they accept to repair it but they just try glue it and after 10 minutes if driving it fell off in midle off road. We with 2 years old child in the back. Shortly call them and told what happen. They start shouting and accusing me of lying. First and last time dealing with them. Keep yourself safe and avoid any fixing they offer
Very busy car wash. Had to queue for 15 min to get my car cleaned. Would advise to come in advance. Medium size car wash is 8 GBP
Very satisfied with how they cleaned my car. Been using Monster Car more then a year, never came out disappointed. Strongly recommend this place.
Great job done on my Ford Kuga. I had the Gold package for £25 and it was definitely worth it. Cleaned thoroughly inside and out.
