Short woman with glasses and messy hair around her face is extremely rude and unhelpful, she is not bothered if you get your prescription here or not and she is not bothered if you buy anything from there, she seems like she needs some medicine herself for piles as she was running away the second i asked for advice, why the hell are you in a pharmacy if you're not happy there????? Get out let some one else serve customers better.
I've been going to this pharmacy for years (over 40 yrs) and everyone has always been very professional & courteous. Things haven't always gone to plan, thanks to GP prescription errors but I've always been advised on how to deal with it. It's also usually open for a few hours on a Sunday which can be really useful. It's a family run pharmacy & I always get a warm welcome when I go in. However, like us, they are human and sometimes circumstances, like being short-staffed, can affect them. But I've found that you tend to get treated in the way that you treat others. I'd like to thank them for taking on a new assistant, who is alert, friendly and knowledgable. A great addition to the team! :-D Thank you so much for looking after my parents with such humanity and now me.....Thank you.
Terrible experience. I went to this pharmacy to get the medication and unfortunately the GP hasn't sent the prescription but I actually expected a better reply rather than "it's not my problem" from the lady in the counter. She was serving someone diagnosed with depression. She couldn't wait to the prescription to arrive (closed the pharmacy 11:50 instead of 12:00 ???). I supposed it must be really nice working less than the working hours proposed for the pharmacy, am I right? Just for you from the staff to know, 10 minutes would be more than enough for getting the prescription and the medication.
First Class Service! I have been using this pharmacy for years and their service has always been fantastic. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the young pharmacist is so helpful. She always answers all my questions and takes the time to properly explain how to take my medications even when they are busy. Thank you so much.
Absolutely disgusting lady who decided to call me to pretty much tell me I should be grateful for her ordering my medication.
Disgusting!! I’ve always visited this chemist but it seems as though the young lady that now works there has lost her manners and people skills.

Mr Patel is very thorough old style 1977's he is an absolute professional in many ways. I was 11 yrs old then. His wife is extremely polite, his daughter is very rude and I don't know how she gets away with it, and is blatently rude to her own father in front of customers, if it wasn't for her parents who got her where she is now and feels she can put them down, she'd be nowhere today, its thanks to our parents in general who get there children where they are today, even if hey dont like it.
Wonderful pharmacy with friendly and efficient staff. They are always very helpful and the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and always gives the best advice for your well being. They even open on the weekends which is an added bonus. Highly recommend
Very nice people. All my visits were good. I am glad because it is my local pharmacy and it makes things much more comfortable.
