Lovely old fashioned tea shop, tucked away in Pass's Courtyard.
We enjoyed a fabulous cooked breakfast here on Saturday morning and found the staff and service to be second to none! ????
Really looking forward to our next visit when we visit Ashby again!

A group of us visited today for breakfast and we cannot fault it at all! Lovely welcoming staff, all of our 6 breakfasts were great quality and cooked fresh. We also ordered some scrambled egg for my 7 month old boy and it was served with his own child friendly plate and cutlery! We’ll definitely be back when we’re in the area next, thank you!

Good quality ingredients used for food. So great on that front. On any other day I’d put 5 stars so don’t know what went wrong today.
However can’t amend orders if you want egg or any extras on sandwiches. I’ve ordered before and asked for an egg or other additions with my sandwich and it’s never been a issue. They didn’t bother calling us to ask if we can pay for the additions instead sent them without which is not the food we ordered. We would of course be happy to pay for any ‘extras’ if we were asked or had the option.
Smoothies are usually 10/10 also. But was incredibly watered down today.
Please also cut the sandwich in half as it wasn’t done. Everything felt a bit slap dash in terms of presentation and quality today. Also can you please give options for sauce also.

We had a lovely breakfast for 6 of us and a baby, the breakfast was good quality and reasonably priced, the staff were friendly and attentive, we will definitely be back again and I recommend others to visit too.
Really lovely little tea room, run by a very nice lady, we only popped in for a sandwiches but noticed they also do a lovely afternoon tea as well as a very full and varied menu.
We got 1 large and 2 standard breakfasts. The standard was 1 bacon and 1 sausage with an egg and mushrooms. Large was 2 sausage, 2 bacon egg mushrooms. Not much on a plate for 3 adults at the price of £34
