Came here on a Sunday in hope for antibiotics as I had ridiculously painful throat pain and could barely swallow. Although the service was fast, the nurse couldn’t have been more wrong - she sent me home saying it was a “sore throat” and nothing to worry about. Called my GP the next day for a second opinion as I was in agony… got diagnosed with strep throat and put on penicillin for 10 days! She apologised and said I should’ve been prescribed antibiotics straight away. Don’t trust this service.
I received an emergency dental treatment here today. I had an appointment and I was seen on time. All the staff were very nice and professional from front to the dentist. Solved my problem in a matter of minutes. Thank you!
I presented myself with chronic asthma problems, female nurse was rude to the point of being aggressive. Poor service, will go to RVI next time as they listen to patients and respond.
Don't know who cleans this place but absolutley disgusting. The toilet is rotten the dust sitting on the he floors nd around the toilet. All hand sanitisers were empty and again sitting in thick dust . Not only did i complain to the molineux but also confronted the cleaner this was a few month ago . I recently returned to the walk-in and still no change . A place within the NHS should be looking spotless and clean like the rvi and freeman . Obviously a cow boy cleaning company they use
Had to visit for emergency dental treatment. The Dentist went above and beyond making me feel at ease and quickly solved my problem. Brilliant Dentist.
I had extreme dental trauma that was causing a lot of pain. Got emergency appointment via 111 where these lady's did their best to help me. Very kind and gentle which i needed as was in such pain. Thank you for helping me i appreciate you all so much ???? kindest regards and best wishes ???? xox
Communication between doctor, physio and hospital is terrible.
I originally had to wait an extra 2-3 months for GP and TIMS to decide which of them was going to refer me to a specialist.
When I'm given a new prescription I have to call the surgery to ask them to update my records so I can order it through the MyGP app, making the app redundant.
I now have only 2 days' worth left of a medicine which will give me severe problems if I stop taking it. It took nearly 3 weeks for the letter from the hospital mentioning this medication to arrive at this GP and a further 8 days for them to read it and update my records.
Took my son here and they were all kind and were lovely staff, doctor was very good with him and only had to wait 10-15 minutes after appointment time (which in my experience of walk in centres is very good)
