We had fabulous service from start to finish. Lovely items in the shop, great black friday deals ????and lovely service from staff. We bought friday pm and had delivery monday pm. Amazing!

Patético trato hacia los clientes, maleducados y muy preopotentes, sobre todo por parte de quien da el servicio POSTVENTA (Carlos, el hijo) y Mercedes madre. Toda la clase de la que presumen por fuera es la que les falta por dentro, tanto con sus PROPIOS empleados (dicho por ellos), los cuales aguantan alli hasta que encuentran otro trabajo mejor, como con los clientes a los que no les dan soluciones cuando hay un problema con cualquier producto. Eso sí, recibir el pago al contado les encanta y ahí te tratan de fábula, pero después búscate la vida.
NO RECOMIENDO ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO PARA NADA. En tiendas como Zapata Espinosa etc tienen más clase, educación y responden a sus clientes con el mayor de los agrados.
No me gusta opinar en google pero... hay aveces que no queda más remedio ante las injusticias y ante el mal trato recibido por personas como vosotros, clientes que no nos lo merecemos. Si no tenéis clase para trabajar de cara al público haberos dedicado a trabajar de administrativos entre 4 paredes.

Our last purchase has been a Gomora Articulation bed. Needed one for history of reflux.
And a beautiful & quality sofa seat that was on sale! Absolutely lovely!! We recently bought a flat in another area. We tried buying the bed & other furniture over there but price to quality was outrageous!
So we came " Home" to Costa Cálida Furniture. We were able to purchase a Gomarco Descanso S.L.U bed and a gorgeous pastel color living room sofa through them. The price of both items including shipping and handling, house delivery & installation was €700 cheaper than buying at the local area. Mercedes & Paco went above and beyond duty to make sure the furniture arrived on time, and everything needed to be done regarding installation and deliverance was accomplished in timely, professional manner and to our satisfaction!!
We took the risk in ordering from Costa Cálida Mobiliario and will do so again! Don't be afraid to order whether for in town or out of town, you will get the same QUALITY service! Both Costa Cálida Mobiliario for mattresses & Furniture are across from each other same street .
Highly recommend them! Good old fashion ethics with great quality Spain made furniture, worth it!h
