Vlad was a hero. Van broke down with alternator fault. Came out found parts from local place and was quality Lucas parts not Chinese rubbish. Van back and running and I’m on the road. Couldn’t have been a more down to earth guy. Hard working chap.
Booked my car in and thought would be a long job, by time I got home I had a call it was finished, not even 2 hours. Even goes out his way to ask how car is afterwards. Very good service
Absolutely shocking service, got told to be there for 9:30am only to go knock on some random address I have been sent (as there was no answer to the multiple phone calls and texts made) and be told that I have to wait till 2:00pm and ask to keep my keys with a random stranger till then! not only that I would then have to wait the rest of the day in Swindon during the service which had taken an hour to get there beforehand. Hours later and still received no apology or even a response back. 100% would not recommend, wish I had read the reviews first !
Absolutely shocking work!! Had a new turbo fitted by them 3 months ago and it Catastrophically failed. They brought the cheapest turbo you can by and then charge a premium for it. Bolts holding the turbo were finger tight, They cut bolts too fit instead of buying new ones. They completely mangled the heat shield around the turbo and now costing me over 3 grand too fix!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
My son-in-law experienced car troubles during the early hours of the morning. Despite the early hour, Vlad and his colleague promptly arrived at the scene and efficiently resolved the problem. They provided their services at a fair price and displayed utmost professionalism. I highly recommend their services.
Car wouldn't start, rang and they were they were there within the hour. The problem was a flat battery so was sorted in a few minutes. Charged me £60 which included the £50 call out fee.
