Had Fish & Chips 13.30 time chips greasy just warm fish overdone batter hard and crunchy fish was like warm. Gave the impression was cooked ages ago first time we tried there and won't be back. Shame as we was looking forward to it and going by the reviews thought it would of been nice. Very Dissapointed

Had takeaway curry goat and jerk chicken, absolutely delicious, full of fresh ingredients, delivered on time as well, thank you Mitcheldean chippy ???????? review only gives option for rating fish and chips.
I had Steak pie and chips, the chips were a little soggy for my taste. I've had better steak pies, but this one still isn't bad.
Rip off portions - take a look at picture , that’s disgusting amount for regular chips ????

On coming out of lockdown it was great to see a new lease of life given to this Fish & Chip Shop by the new management. Unfortunately, the quality has not been maintained. Originally, we gave a 5 star review, but based on the food received over the past 12ish months we felt a need to review this. Chips are greasy, fish batter is tough and the fish over cooked.
It would be great to see things improve again, but in the meantime, you're better of driving to Littledean and having consistently good fish and chips from there.
Had fish and chips and sorry to say very disappointing. Thick undercooked batter, tried just to eat fish underneath but just felt sloppy with covered in a slimy undercooked batter. Most of the larger chips were undercooked too. Wouldn't go again.
