We recently visited the cafe on two occasions after very wet and windy trips to Millendreath beach and it was lovely. We have to shout out Charlie, who was so warm and friendly - welcoming a big group (and lots of kids running around) and being so kind and smiley. Can only imagine how glorious this cafe is in the summer! Looking forward to returning soon.
Loved this newly opened place ! The owners are super friendly. We stumbled across it today, enjoyed the great vibes, music, and most amazing Biscoff cake ! I'm on holiday, don't judge lol.
Looking forward to visiting again.
Great little cafe, friendly helpful service, dog friendly would recommend and return
The best fish and chips i have eaten in the last 12 years!
You need to try it. It will be like nothing you have ever eaten before. In the picture ot is the falafel, which is great as well. The place is very cozy, with very kind and pleasant staff. The beach is literally right next to it. There is a large car park which took only coins at the time when I've been, so make sure you get some coins. Nice relaxing place with absolutely great food and a nice walk right after. Go there if you are nearby, you won't regret it.
Really good food in a unique location. There's nothing like sitting outside on the patio and enjoying dinner with the sunset. Can get busy on Friday/Saturday, so it may be advisable to book a table.
Not a huge fan on the new owners style but if you like chips, deep fried seafood and a beautiful view this is the place for you. Caters to families with children, children on their own for that matter and even dogs. We’ve lived nearby for 8 years so have seen this place in many hands. This time it seems to fit the bill - fuel for beach adventures at decent prices. Great for a cake and a coffee, especially if you’re doing the coastal path!
Popped to the beach for an hour and it was great there was a local cafe open so late serving food and drink.
Cafe has a lovely beachy vibe and you can eat inside or outside. I opted for take away pizza tho so I could go back to my group on the beach.
Cafe has toilets which is also very handy.
Eaten there twice, fab meals both times. Veg tagliatelle for dinner, and a tomato and chilli soup for lunch, both were super nice! The rest of the family have had a variety of dishes, apparently both the crab tagliatelle and the fish of the day (plaice I believe) were incredible. Apparently the chips were perfect also!
A couple of vegetarian options, so kept everyone happy, and will likely return again before we leave!
