We have been with Milford pharmacy since it opened and always had excellent service and friendly staff. Sadly, since new ownership the service has deteriorated to such a level that my wife dared to complain and was told that if she was not happy she could take her business elsewhere. That is exactly what we have done. Our prescriptions are now delivered free of charge to our door on a monthly basis. The staff are friendly and most helpful.
I have been using Milford Pharmacy since it first opened, always been happy with the service. A few teething problems when new ownership took over, but now always excellent service with friendly and efficient staff.

Since this has been taken over it's beyond awful. Staff couldn't care less and medications missing or they haven't ordered them in time for monthly prescriptions. Would give a minus score if possible
Great service, and it stays open until late...
Excellent service, I travelled down from Cardiff today and realised I’d not brought one of my prescription drugs with me. They were very helpful and guided me through the NHS emergency medication online site and were able to give me an emergency prescription within 15 mins
Sadly the excellent friendly and helpful service that customers were used to no longer exists. It took 15 minutes to get my prescription today..
Great pharmacy opened til 23:00 and somstimes bank holidays, that has been a lifesaver as no where else is opened. Large selection of dispensary dressings. Helpful staff, free parking.
