Came here with my family of 4 for a full English breakfast with tea/coffee, it was absolutely gorgeous and just what we needed after a day/night out visiting London

So glad we walked into this place! It’s a small space and we were a lot of people but were greeted with so much kindness, the food was prepared swiftly and was SO delicious! Fantastic place for a breakfast in London!
Absolutely great coffee. 100% recommend. Really good prices too. £2.80 for steaming hot top class coffee latte. Lovely friendly service. Just down from Mile End Tube. Great start to the day! Give it a go.
Tiny sandwich place near mile end station. Simple food with average prices. Food I would rate at two stars. You can find better food for this price range nearby. Service was ok. Would I recommend it? Unfortunatelly no. Even bread you need to purchase separatelly.

The food here is really delicious!! Really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend trying. The staff is also really friendly, helpful and generous will definitely come here again.
A very calm and soothing location with very kind and generous servers. Food was excellent and high quality. Ordered a cheese and mushroom omelette, it was very tasty and the sausages and turkey bacon was splendid.
I usually go for a brunch of two eggs, two bacon, two sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes (they give me tinned tomatoes which I prefer with a breakfast) two slices of toast and a rather nice coffee. All this for £7.50 (December 2021).
If you are in the area and want good, wholesome and affordable brunch and/or sandwiches then give these recently opened place a visit.
They do a lovely halal lasagne too.
I first started going to this venue over 10 years ago for weekend brunch when it was called "Gardiners Sandwich Shop". It has changed hands 3 times since then and recently reopened (September 2021) as Mile End Sandwich Bar. This is a return to the excellent form of those early days.
