Picked up a meal for valentines and can’t really say many good things about it.
Satay chicken had no peanut sauce and dry, prawn toast and spring rolls were soggy
Sweet chilli squid was vile and rubbery, not what I was expecting
Duck course was ok but not shredded
Crispy beef went straight in the bin, looked anaemic and was very dry
Chicken curry was horrible and chicken was rubbery
Rice had a long grey hair in it.
Won’t be coming back!
Have used this Chinese several times since moving to Ipswich. The food is always fresh and very tasty. At very reasonable prices. The only downside is they don't accept card.
I would avoid the chilli beef. Poor quality beef used. Mostly uneditable or overly chewy and sauce was watery.
Rest of the meal was good.

Had this a few days ago and it was the worst iv ever had. Everything was so over done, burnt and so greasy. Curry sauce was like water. Nothing had any flavor. The seaweed was all soft and tasteless. Ribs were so small and hardly any meat and so dry, were meant to be bbq flavor. My squid dish had 4 little chunk bits of squid and the rest of the dish was just creamed with peppers and onions.
Very very disappointed. Do not recommend and will not buy from here again.
Used to swear by this place but since new owners have taken over it's now awful! The meat was like jelly and in pretty sure it's not real meat. Nothing had any taste and very greasy.
Probably one of the best takeaways in Ipswich, however they do not deliver and do not take cards. Cash only I'm afraid , but the food is very good and very reasonable prices
Delicious, consistent and lovely staff. Even after all these years they've never got an order wrong or charged us incorrectly. The food is always hot and delicious, wide choice to choose from, what more can you ask for. Without doubt the best Chinese in Ipswich!
