Broke down on A1 Green flag sent Metcalfs to rescue us Kevin came and rescued us.He was brilliant took us to the garage he knew were experts in electrics ABS light was on our car.He was cheerful and reassured us about the skills at the garage and he was correct they got us sorted and we were able to have our holiday ????
December 14 @ 08.34 I had to call Green Flag .....less than an hour later I was back on my way...thanks to excellent help from KJ (my new best friend) who changed my n/s rear wheel for my spare.

Clutch went just outside Ripon. Metcalf's were quickly on the scene and took my vehicle home to Northumberland. Spot on service, very efficient and great to deal with. Would certainly recommend.

Called Green Flag on Sunday when we had a problem connecting the electrical plug on the caravan to the car. Someone from Metcalfes (maybe Kevin?) was on site within the hour to fix the problem. We'd gone to try to get the necessary part but he waited for us to return before checking that all was well and we could be on our way. Excellent service - highly recommended!
Wife's car had tyre blow out on Sutton Bank and Kevin turned up via green flag recovery turned up nice recovery lorry ???? and took us home chatted all the way nice chap if we have to use recovery again hopefully be Kevin. Thanks Kevin
Great service. Turned up to rescue us when my mums car broke down at the top of Sutton Bank. They were there in super quick time and sorted the problem really efficiently meaning we could carry on on our family day out to the seaside.
Had a breakdown on the A19, called Green Flag and Richard from Metcalfe's turned up, before the time that was quoted. Very helpful and a thorough professional - he made a difficult situation better.
