We have been visiting Mess for sometime now but December we definitely topped the number of visits (at least 10). The staff are amazing, so welcoming and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The food is delicious and the menu varies on a regular basis. We visit lunch and evening nans enjoy both. I can’t eat dairy and Sasha goes above and beyond to ensure that I always have something that I can eat.
Lovely lady serving me today, I only tried the coffee today but by far the best coffee in sedgefield, and that's coming from a coffee snob! Really friendly staff supporting my newly started beauty business by leaving leaflets. Really comfortable atmosphere and will definitely return! :)
I’ve been to Mess a few times now, and it’s one of the loveliest bars I’ve ever visited. I was concerned there wouldn’t be too many options for me as a vegan, but Mess were incredibly accommodating and made the most incredible vegan grazing board for me! The atmosphere is super cozy and intimate, and I can’t wait to visit again.
Lovely little place with delicious food and super friendly service. We even got to try some of their locally made honey- absolutely divine. Will certainly be back!
