Recently referred by 111 , Staff the Dr was very Caring Helpful and treated diagnosed prescribed a prescription called me and made me a apot to see her at 5.30am which I was happy with. The lady dr is very good at this practice out of hours .
Been porley for several weeks,, lll sent me to see a doctor there, the doctor was rude by saying he's given his brake time to see me,, and if he chucked antibiotics at everyone! The next day I was taken to hospital by 999 with an infection! No good is it,
What is happening here... Whilst I have been waiting in a small area with 3 different receptionist in individual booths... Talk about over staffed...
Two Indian ladies talked for just over 15 mins about their trips to Dubai and where they stay etc etc

Waste of time. One dr on site. Not the right equipment. Seemed condescending and patronising. I would not recommend this place. Go to a & e instead. 111 referred me. Next time I would refuse this place. It is medieval.
Appears to take overflow appointments from regular doctor's surgery. Pharmacy and chemist available, rather pricey. Reception and tills more towards the officious end of the scale than cordial, but good for emergencies.
Got referred to them by 111. Got an appointment the next day.
Waited for about 5 minutes (and I was 15 mins before my time slot!).
Doctor quickly addressed my issue and recommended logical next steps. Including the option of follow-up appointments on site. I am not registered to this Health Centre, for context.
Can't speak for the 'GP' side of things, but the 111 side is ideal.
Spoke to the receptionist, who gave me a form to register and asked if I had all my documents I told her “yes, I do”. She told me I can complete it near the desk, I had informed her I don’t have a steady hand hence my request to fill it in there.
Once I was finished I tried handing the application and my ID documentation to another receptionist named Rita, she was absolutely rude, told me I shouldn’t be filling in the form near them. I told her I’m already done and I want to submit the documentation.
Then all of sudden she said their copying machine isn’t working and I should come back another day. I asked her don’t they scan documents and print them later because at this stage it really wasn’t my fault that their systems aren’t working.
She continued to be rude and basically told me to leave because “this is a private area”. Definitely not the type of customer service you expect when you are at a doctors office or when you are feeling poorly and just need assistance.
So, Rita this is for you, re-train yourself on customer service etiquette, and learn not to talk about patient confidential information with your colleagues unnecessarily.
If your respect your job that also means respecting patients that come in.
**If the GP practice allows patients to fill forms in there maybe you guys should supply patients with a clipboard so they can fill in the document easily.
Called 111 and went there same day. Out of office hour Doctor and staff were friendly and professional, they identified my issue and referred me to the hospital next morning.
