After putting a dent in my car at the Arnison Centre, I called Merlin Coachworks and they looked at my car within an hour. I was given a quote and my car was booked in for repair. Dropped my car off on a Friday morning and got it the next morning. The finish was to a very high standard. The guys are very friendly and I would highly recommend them. Thanks again.
Well worth a visit. Took my front bumper to get sprayed up. Looked fantastic and the staff where very helpful. I would like to thank them for a good job well done. And price was good to.so don't look anywhere else give them a call. Well I went back to Merlin Coachworks, as you can see on the photos that they have done a good job fast turnaround good price and very pleasant to work with them and keeping you informed of the work they have done. Would highly recommend that you go here to keep your car looking good. Keep up the good work lads.
Honestly where to start? I damaged the side of my car badly. I was exiting my driveway ( as a newly qualified driver) and decided to dent and grate my car like a piece of parmigiano cheese. It was bad. Like really bad. These angels have fixed everything for such a good amount and drove my car back to my address while I was away. What an amazing business they have going on here! Don’t double think and trust me, any problem will get fixed here! Thank you very much
My experience does not match the negative ones on here.
I damaged my car reversing into a bollard. Dented boot, paint damage (cracks down to metal) on boot & bumper.
Merlin's repaired the damage and the car was ready to collect the very next day! Price was reasonable (hundreds not thousands) and exactly as quoted. Can't even tell it was ever damaged. Happy.
Had a very bad dent on my car, these guys knocked the dent out and painted it . It was a first class job done. I am so pleased with the job, price was very reasonable and the lads were so so friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They completely ripped off my 83 year old father and did half a job even when he paid nearly £1000!
Customer service was terrible and they made me feel so inferior! Basically it was three men hanging up on a woman and an 83 year old!
Do not use this company at any cost! They will rip you off and not provide you with what they promised!
Came back to my car in the Arnison Centre car park to find my passenger side dinted and scraped. Merlin Coachworks were recommended to me. The recommendation was well deserved.

Fantastic helpful and cheerful service. 24h turn around on a couple of fairly nasty dings in my car. Very smart job has been done, no sign damage was ever there. Can't fault it.
