Booked an appointment, but car not ready when I got there and then it had a fault so I could not test drive it. Wasted trip. Staff were polite and have kept me informed. But now almost 2 weeks since I went there and they are still awaiting a part. Do I want a car which even Mercedes garage cannot quickly get parts for?
I recently went through this garage to buy a new used Mercedes however after being told multiple times verbally ‘I’ll send this information over to you’..I would still have to chase to get the required information for a car I was interested in so I went elsewhere.
I’ve also had terrible experience trying to get a refund for a deposit I made on a car, having to constantly chase with no responses like they are avoiding me, or if they did respond it wasn’t helpful what so ever. It’s been months and still not had it through.
Would not recommend using this garage.
I was in need of a car very quickly and the sales rep, Alex Busby was incredibly helpful at getting me a car sorted at a fair price and in the time frame that I needed it by. I can't fault his service and professionalism throughout the sale and making sure all loose ends were tied up before I drove away in the vehicle.

His customer service is out standing ????.He explained the process,what financial options we can look, different models and it's advantages and disadvantages.Gave us enough time to think, never been pushy.
