I have an old Mercedes W208 Convertible, the roof stopped working and most people don't want to know (not sure why) Mercare were recommended and didn't disappoint, not all parts to fix the car were easily available but between us we sorted that, I now have my old girl back with electric roof working brilliantly, I wouldn't go anywhere else. The Staff top draw too :-)
My second visit to Mercare was wonderful. I met John who was very patient, nice, understanding and answered my questions if I had doubts.
Had a diagnostic check and battery changed with a good brand at my convenience.
I will surely visit again. Thank you John & Co.
Had my handbrake cable snap on my camper van. Contacted Mercar and got offered an examination the next day. Fault was found and new part ordered. Went up today and the part fitted, tea made for me whilst I waited. Really helpful staff, highly recommended if you have a Mercedes ????????????????
They are really professionals. After checking two other places, I received a good service with a sensible price.
Have had an ongoing problem, the 1st twp fixes didn't work. 3rd time they did not charge and its now a waiting game. Fingers crossed ????. Staff OK receptionist lovely.
Mercare did an excellent job fixing a oil leak on my SLK.
Communication was really good and the car was booked in and repaired at a good price. I felt very confident that they knew what they were doing and I wasn’t going to be ripped off.
I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if I have any issues with my car.
