Would give a 0 if possible. The receptionist attitude is absolutely disgusting. Trying to find out results to tests and I get met with a crappy attitude stating I've not waited long enough for my results. And then asking about a referral to be met with "yeah can take months not really an emergency is it?" I didn't realise the receptionist we're medical professionals. Think it would be wise to hire member of staff that is actually phone friendly and has compassion towards people, don't be in a front facing job that requires you to be friendly and understanding not matter how small they think the problem is.
Juat had a great experience of service. From the receptionist and bloods test ladies x3.
Very welcoming. Quick service. And went out of thier way to fit me in.
Attend podiatry regularly. Appointments always on time, excellent care and staff are great.
I've had ongoing problems with my feet and their care has definitely helped me to avoid further surgery

If I could I give 0 I would all the times on line for opening times must be wrong just says its closed all the time I would be surprised if more elderly people can ever get an appointment at this awful place. I eventually rang the dental team to see if the health centre was open. The lady who answered was fantastic and went to find out for me and also took my details in case she struggled to get through to them this lady deserves 5*.
Was supposed to be seen by the doctor at 10:10am still waiting at 10:50am. I thought the whole point of time slots was to been seen around that time? I understand some appointments run over and I’ve happily waiting 10-20 minutes before but it’s getting ridiculous.
Waited 45 minutes for an appointment to be told I don’t have one after receiving a text to show I did. Receptionist has an attitude problem and is vile.
What is the point of having signs everywhere saying YOU MUST WEAR A MASK INSIDE THIS BUILDING When no-one takes any notice. But then again when the security guard is sitting on a chair busy using his phone and not wearing a mask what do you expect. When I questioned staff about wearing a mask I was told 'you should wear one if you can, but no-one bothers' and none of the reception staff were wearing masks. Should have no stars but I'll give 1 for the doctor who was quite helpful if 25 mins late to see me.
Absolutely ridiculous, they keep you waiting in the queue for hours, you get to #1 in the queue and they hang up.
They also pretend they can’t hear you.
The drs are also calling without allowing patients to answer. Then you have to repeat the same thing with no phone call or solution to your problem.
This surgery needs closing down ASAP.
