Do not buy a car from here , battery died 6 weeks after buying a vehicle from here , left stranded called rac who had to replace the battery . Called them , visited them , wouldn’t entertain my concern and told me it was up to me to ensure the vehicle was for for purpose and I have checked the battery before purchase. Then the water pump and thermostat went another £200 to find. Trading standards taken up my claim , if you buy a used car from a dealer there’s 6 months warranty by law (subject to mileage) . But total piss take saying I’m responsible for making sure it’s road worthy and safe to use.
Absolutely terrible, avoid. Maths is clearly an issue and customer service has never been a topic of conversation! Thankfully we didn’t buy anything and so glad, more friendly, accommodating and number savvy competitors nearby.
I took my Fiat car here for fixing it at the best price. This mechanic is one of the best in London

Bought a car from here 5 weeks ago and after 2 weeks noticed a leak from under the engine after spotting marks on the drive. I took to a local garage who confirmed it was the gear box gasket leaking. I took back to mega motors and they were friendly in accepting the issue and looked into it for a few hours while I waited. They said it had been fixed and was OK.
On further investigation I have found that the engine and gearbox oils have been over filled. This has led to the oil seals/gasket on the gear box leaking, no damage noticable yet on the engine. I doubt the service and mot that was advertised with the car and completed at the garage behind megamotors is worth the paper it's written on. I'm now possibly looking at buying and fitting a new gearbox! That's a lot of money considering the car was sold at market value.
I'd avoid using these guys unless you have any car fully checked over yourself.
I bought a Kia rio from mega motors.. A kitany if issue which the garage refused to address. It says AA rated....cant believe that.
The clutch started to judder badly. They said it wasnt covered by them and was wear and tear although only dtiven 20 mls since it was purchased. Took it to a reutable garage who replaced the clutch and agreed that it was badly worn. Also discovered that the gear box mountings were cracked and covered in some material. Welded new mounting on and now goes fine. However cost me an extra £1000 to fix. Not covered by their useless warantee. Dont go there!!!
They smile a lot...but that is because they are conning you. !
It was test driven but only on the flat and a hill would have shown up the clutch issue.
Since been checked over by a proper garage. Clearly wasnt serviced either before collection.
Great help for doing my mot, parts that needed fixing immediately got ordered and fitted within 30 mins too, decently prices also
The battery in my key died and I was stuck and unable to start my car. I was in the area and went from garage to garage hoping to buy a battery from someone. One garage told me they didn't have time to look for a battery, but the gentleman at Mega Motors took my key and replaced the battery within 30 seconds. Not only this, they did not charge me for the battery even after I insisted. I wanted to leave a review as I was touched by this small act of kindness, which you don't receive as often these days. Thank you so much.
Great garage with very helpful mechanics. Got booked in for a next day MOT and didnt keep me waiting around for longer then other garages. Would highly recommend this place to others
