Love this place. The food, the people! The only problem is the atmosphere. It's to small, and it gets very crowded, to a point everyone is squeezed in. It's awful and uncomfortable. You think you can order food, or grab cakes. Nope! You are still stuck as they would have no idea whose first or what is going on.
I would have thought 2024 they would have done something with the store or got a number ticket situation to resolve customer situations or atmosphere situation.

The food I took was good...
Gulab Jamun were so dry from inside Not soaked in the Syruf thoroughly ????..
The sweet Margas were thumbs ???? very tasty....(Just the shape and very untidy finish to them )

Terrible attitude of the staff. This is my last time going there. Their door is dangerous - shuts automatically and almost trapped my finger.
Bearded guy had an attitude issue. Doesn’t give salaam and the women inside are lazy and too busy to even serve. I won’t be spending a dime here. Disgraceful place and their staff needs training on how to speak to customers. Clearly hate Pakistanis
The cakes and other things are really good, but they need more staff at front when it gets busy
Lot of bad reviews on here. I’ve been coming here all my life never had a single issue to be honest. It’s always heaving with customers always a queue for chappattis so customer service is very fast paced so some people snowflakes might find it to be rude. You order get your food and get out. They don’t have time for friendly chats because they’re too busy trying to get the queue down. Sheikh naan on randal street used to be number 1 for chappattis everyone knows that and meena bakery was a close second. Now Sheikh naan packed his bags for no real reason whatsoever these lot have took top spot for chappattis no denying. Only complaint is they are definitely thinner than before. Their bday cakes are very decent you can’t complain really. Especially if you order last minute. Always fresh if you order the day before and not a week in advance.
Very bad service they charged me extra I rang up to sort it but they didn’t do anything abt it rude attitude and service wouldn’t recommend at all
