I love my chemist staff are so loyal caring and make time to answer question when my twin daughters or myself have been poorly and prescribed medication but also have been supportive of any information or help and make time to have a friendly chat but l alway admired there 100 percent work they give to there patients even through the cov lock down they never gave up dedication love my chemist staff please give good feed back to them thku they are amazing
This pharmacy has always provided me the right medication in a short span of time. They also provide me with medication that is not easy to come by and I appreciate this. Customer service is a 10/10! (A big thank you Hanif, Manoj, Shabana and Khalil)

DO NOT TRUST!!! This pharmacy is keep tampering with my NHS service and changing my nominated pharmacy to themselves without my consent. I called to enquire the reason for this happening and they agreed not to do it again only to notice for the forth time that they have nominated themselves again as my chosen pharmacy. There appears to be no GDPR policy in place to avoid this type of act. This will be taken further.
Great customer service experience. I would go to this pharmacy for advice and assistance first. They really exceeded my expectations after experiencing big company like Boots Pharmacy and being disappointed on more than one occasion. I have tried many pharmacies but have the same issue at all of them... the waiting time is so long, but at medisina the service is fast and friendly especially Hanif, Manoj and khalil definitely be using them regularly.
