Really helpful friendly staff. After ringing emergency out of hours and being told to go to Tameside Walk in centre or wait for my GP the next day for my 5yr old with ear ache I actually called in for pain relief for her, instead the pharmacist was brilliant with my little girl and gave her the treatment she required. (They can also give Antibiotics now - so saved me sitting in the Walk in for numerous hours & my little girl being in pain over night)
Thank you for being the most gentle with my girl - as she said! 5 stars!!
Medichem Pharmacy is absolutely amazing, mate! The staff there is so friendly and helpful, it's like having your own personal health squad. They've got everything you need, from prescriptions to over-the-counter goodies. Quick service and a wide range of products make it a top-notch pharmacy. Faiza is secretly a wizard. The shop is beautiful. Lots of work gone into it and the designer must be a professional interior artist because the space is open and yet functional. Great work on the shop. It’s been needing some TLC for a long time, glad Faiza turned up and made it was it is now.
My partner John E. has regularly used this pharmacy & is impressed with all the staff especially Asiya, she has a lovely personality, is helpful, always smiling you feel better after meeting her.
Exceptional service. My daughter called in last week as she had difficulty hearing. She was seen immediately, dispensed drops, and came back today for ear suction. It worked beautifully. Extremely professional and friendly care. 100% recommend.
Amazing professionalism and care from the team at medichem. 5* best pharmacy i have visited. Hassan 1 of the pharmacists listened prescribed appropriate meds and gave me very good advice as i have type 1 diabetes.
I usually don't post reviews, however, given the great service today by the pharmacy owner himself, I felt this deserved a mention here. Great communication and service and friendly staff! And it's open till late aswell! Would definitely recommend.
