Worst vaccine experience. So unprofessional, lied, gave me attitude and had tone, spoke over me whilst I was talking and raised his voice at me. Personally I am not one to tolerate disrespect, so I responded and the moment I did now I am the disrespectful one. I just think don’t give out what you can’t receive or handle. There was no need for it to get to that point. Told me to come knowing he was gonna refuse my vaccine. Wasted my time, it just seemed as if he wanted to prove a point from the moment I got there instead of attending to me, knowing he was not going to. Overall just a waste of time. I do not recommend, this is not the first time I catch him out on a lie where I have now deal with the consequences. But instead of taking responsibility for his actions or deal with it in a professional manner, he becomes disrespectful. I rather not get vaccinated by so spiteful.

My daughter's prescriptions get sent here from Silverlock medical Centre and it is always a pleasant experience picking them up.
Whenever I have any queries they are answered in a thoughtful and considered manner.
Fantastic service. Went in my lunch break to get the flu and covid jab and was in and out in 20 minutes. Well informed and friendly. Couldn't recommend enough!
We went here for our jab but the service they provided was great, very well organised. They were helpful with questions when asked.
Getting here via public transport is easy enough, Southwark Park Road / St James's Road (Stop PA/PG) via buses (N)1, (N)381 and P12. As for anything related to trains, Bermondsey via Jubilee, South Bermondsey via Southern and Surrey Quays via Overground.

A male who answered the phone had a very bad attitude over the phone so I decided not to collect my prescription here. (Also they do not give paper bags while handing out medication which is very unprofessional)
I occasionally get items delivered here as it's close to my GP surgery. Never had an issaue with collecting my items, and have always received a kind and friendly service. Got my COVID booster done here too, and they were more than happy to have me in a little bit early to get it done, to save me waiting around. The whole process was quick, polite, reassuring and professional. I highly recommend Medica Pharmacy, especially if you need a COVID jab done and aren't too confident with it.
Helpful, considerate, efficient and knowledgeable. Neil and his team are clearly very important to A LOT of local residents. Always a flow of locals coming in and out, they seem to know most of their clients by name, big emphasis on how they are a trustworthy & caring pharmacy.
Always has and probably always will be the best pharmacy I have ever known.
