I called up to ask the price of a drug they sell over the counter. The lady was very rude and abrupt and told me a price range between £20 - £30 which could be a difference of £10.
I asked if she was able to provide exact figures and I was told to come in and join the queue as she’s busy and has customers to attend to.
She then hung up the phone…what kind of customer service is this! I would avoid because this was very bold and obviously means she’s used to treating people this way ????.
I have to praise this pharmacy , the staff are always so helpful kind and considerate , Stephen the pharmacist goes way and beyond his job to help me and I have to thank them on a personal level . They all work extremely hard and I feel not always does our pharmacist get the recognition that they truly deserve

This shop is so expensive, got 60 Vitamin D tablets costing £3.45. My partner not realising i had got some stopped at Fishers down the road on her way home exactly the same £1.15.
How come online they says opening at 8am.
I got there 8am ish even at half passed 8am they haven’t still opened.. They are incompetent..
The pharmacy says that it opens at 0800. It does not. They don’t even have their phones diverted to a mobile. Absolutely hopeless.
The best pharmacy we have in South Norwood. Been using them for at least 5 years. Stephen is fantastic. Always keeping on eye on what you are taking. Fabulous service for repeat prescriptions even when the Dr's surgery mess up, medibank sort it for you. Thank you everyone at Medibank!
one of the best teams I've seen at a pharmacy, very helpful and uplifting. their attitude towards the working environment really makes the difference, prices are pretty decent too; if you're looking for any type of advice the team there will definitely assist you
I used to rate this pharmacy, and the pharmacist, but they are clearly uncaring selfish people solely in it for the cash.
I tried to purchase some soluble cocodamols for a friend, and when I tried to pay by debit card, I was asked if I had cash. When I replied not, the pharmacist said he would have to charge me an extra 50p to complete the purchase. I told him that was illegal, and he said to report him, which I will.
They are greedy scum.
