You'd think that a pharmacist would be able to offer advice on injuries, but the response kept being "yes that will work...". Just wanted me to leave, probably because it was near end of their shift.

Polite and kind but the delivery keeps failing. Second week no delivery, I've ran out of certain medications and can't pick them up
Can't get through on the phone nor a response through email.
I recently moved to this pharmacy after a bad experience at my last one, the staff are really friendly and helpful. They answer the phone straight away which was an impossible task at my last pharmacy and it’s just generally a nice easy experience any time I have to go to the pharmacy. Very grateful to have found them.
Just to give a big up for Amy working there She had a lot of patience and empathy for me in a very difficult time. A proper feeling of responsibility in terms of representing her Company ,and a real feeling for us the recipients in this crazy day and age. Well done Amy ,. You'll go far. Thank you.

This pharmacy is wonderful, it's a real breath of fresh air after having terrible service in others I have used in North MK, they answer the phone, (others never do) they text you when your prescription is ready, often on the same day as it's requested from the GP. Fantastic service, highly recommended. Thanks people of McLaren Pharmacy, you are fab.
Got a hospital prescription for three lots of eye medication.
Rang all round MK, Boots all the big names, no one had all three, some could order some said out of stock, rang Mclarens, they had all three items. What a find tucked away in New Bradwell, will defianltly use them again, they are wonderful.
Staff are very friendly but seem to be busy at the back of house most of the time.
