Jim is simply the best. I trust him implicitly. I started seeing Jim after having a series of (very expensive) brake problems with another local garage. I had also asked the other local garage about a vibration on my offside front wheel. I just got a daft laddie answer from them. But because I was worried about my brakes I asked Jim to check over my car without telling him about the vibration and as part of his check he was right on it. You know what........ he saw me the same day told me what it was what needed done etc. Top bloke. He has always been supremely helpful since then. Really top notch mechanic. Good prices too. Gets my vote. If you want a job done right then Jim is your man.
Always nervous when going to a new garage for the first time. But was blown away by the great service! Helped me out of a fix on the way to the airport. Looked at and fixed my car on the spot! 30mins later drove away. Quality service. Fair price. Will definitely be my go to mechanic.
On the 7th of May mine and my husbands car wouldn't start managed to get the car booked in on the 10th of May and it was the starter that packed in so it managed to get fixed on the same day. Would recommend this place as they are reliable and very thorough.

Best youll get in Greenock when it comes to mechanics. He explains everything to you and makes sure your aware of what's happening. Been using Jim's Garage for a good while now and i wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Can't rate Jim Highly enough.
