Qucik service. Staff nice smiling. Toilets very clean all restaurant manage so good Enjoy my visit there:-) in sunny day you can eat outside lots of place parking big too
This McDonalds is the best for customer service I've ever been to. I've been in on 3 or 4 occasions. Drive through staff are so polite and chatty. Today I couldn't pay because my phone had deleted my card. The lady let me pay on foot and then said she'd send it out but I'd been waiting quite a wee while so went back in and the man was so lovely and apologetic. He gave me 4 free mcflurrys to apologise and offered to help me to the car. I'd highly recommend this McDonald's! X
Monkeys could do better. How can one place be so bad at putting stuff in a bag and making sure everything is there. Can't wait until machines replace everyone then at least orders might be right for once
Don't think I've ever had an order with no issues from here. Tonight I spent £32 on food and waited in the carpark for 20mins for the order. When it eventually arrived it was short. I never noticed until I was home. There is no phone number to contact the restaurant. Food was cold, service was terrible, order was short.
I went to McDonald's last night and ordered £40 worth of food. Order was short and had to wait until missing foid was brought out. When finally getting the correct food it was freezing when I got home.
Returned tonight to place another order and state my dissatisfaction from last night to be told by the extremely young and very immature duty manager if i don't like it go to Darnley McDonald's. It Christmas week and we are busy. I suppose that's what is expected when children run your franchise.
What have the done to the buns and burgers yuck reminded me of really cheap and nasty burgers and bun why did they change. Definitely don't see myself near a McDonald's for a long time now till it changes sadly tho love the McDonald's carpark and drive through was quick and easy.
Nice and spacious. Only issue is 3 burgers were cold but everything else fine. Timely order, correct order and friendly staff.
Have been to this mcdonald’s a few times and there is always something wrong with the order, I have never complained as these things sometimes happen. Today however I ordered red hot mcspicy and they managed to get that wrong even though I asked the staff member if it came with cheese and they confirmed and still gave us a plain mcspicy.
That in itself is not that bad I get it, but as this has happened several times I called the mobile number on there website and SCOTT THE BUSINESS MANAGER answered. This is where it gets Mcspicy. The conversation started off normal and quickly changed to Scott becoming offended and defensive. We were happy to come down and get the correct order but Scott was asking for receipts as his “neighbours” said they had experienced the same problem and wanted to get to the route of it. This isn’t something that is our issue, all we wanted was the correct order and at least an apology. Scott doesn’t take criticism well and kept saying mistakes happen. This isn’t something a customer wants/needs to hear.
Avoid this place at all costs and go to any other Mcdonald’s. Scotty The Manager is going to run the place in to the ground with attitude and defensive nature.
