Waited ages for a fast food place to eat and the staff looked so disinterested and the managers seem to just stand around during very little. I expected faster service especially with a basic order, there seemed to be less urgency in getting food out quickly and other waiting customers looked fed up waiting
If I can give zero stars I would. Got to the drive through at 1055pm. I noticed 4 cars in the carpark and 1person in the restaurant. I was the only person in the drive through. I waited 10 minutes and no one took order. I drove round to the pay window. No one there. Got to the collection window and all the staff where messing about and laughing. Zero attention to customer service.
Ordered from the app and had the food given to us after 20 minutes. Got the food home and the two burgers we ordered to be plain had the stickers on the box but came with everything in it. Wouldn’t usually mind but one person was allergic to one of the ingredients so couldn’t eat their meal. No receipt given to be able to obtain a number as it’s not on Google yet.
Every single time I order something they forget an item or do something wrong. My most recent time. I ordered a large Big Mac meal. That’s it? Nothing hard. They made THREE MISTAKES!! Get to the screen and they ask if my order is chicken selects? So clearly got the wrong order on the screen. Then get to pick it up and they give me a medium meal, not large. Then to top it off I get home and they forgot to put any cheese in my Big Mac?! How do you make 3 mistake on an order of just a Big Mac meal?! Joke. They’re awful. Every.single.time.
I'm yet to recieve an order where everything I've asked for is in the bag. Not once have we had the sauces for cheese melts that should come with it. Always missing at least one item from at least one meal and always slow service at the drive-thru. You would think with them being so slow they could complete an order correctly with everything in it, how hard is it to bag items that are on a screen in front of you?
Most burgers look like they've been made with a catapult, the burger, cheese and other fillings are all over the place
*edit Stupidly visited again. Leisure Way Mcdonalds have done it again. How can one place be so consistently poor? Only once have we got everything we ordered. Missed another item from the order and the drinks have no syrup in them so taste like an awful carbonated water and fries were barely cooked. Do they employ the thickest people they can find and why is it not being sorted by management? Just looking at the reviews on here they must see there is an issue. I would hate to think how many complaints they must get on the daily. Back to using Kirkley Rise, hopefully the new bridge will be open soon.
We've been here a few times now and they were great to start with but now our orders have been constantly wrong.
We ordered breakfast this morning, of the 6 items ordered 2 we're missing and 2 we're the wrong item.
How can you mess up 66% of the order?
And this was just the latest in a long line of incorrect orders.
been here a few times so i’ll say all of them:
the first time we came i had to go around the drive thru TWICE because they forgot most of my order (by then, the food was cold!)
the second time, we were given our drinks and asked to park in bay 1, it then took 10 minutes (at least) for them to give us the same drinks again, AND the wrong food! after i went in, it was sorted but completely unacceptable!!
the third and probably final time i went here, at 22:10 without any drinks, we were told to park in bay 1 (where there was a car parked so we had to wait for 15 minutes in bay 2) and then, when we finally got the food, the fries weren’t salty and were basically like unseasoned raw potato, and they had forgotten sauces, napkins and straws!!
would not go here again!!
I've been to this location a few times, I find the quality better than the one in Gt Yarmouth, however the last two orders I've had have either been incorrect (I ordered a Triple Cheeseburger and got a Single) or not quite right (Bacon missing from a breakfast wrap).
