Everytime you have to wait for over 30mins for your prescription whether they are busy or not. One time I give them 24hrs notice and they lost my prescription. You cannot win with these people. The staff at the counter just chats all the time and ignore customers. People have work to go back too and don't have time to wait for over 30mins for a simple prescrition.
Worst customer service experience. The manager is so disrespectful he don't even know how to speak to the people. I arrived to buy medicines and supplements for me and he don't even listen to me. Please avoid this place better options in the area.
Went in asking for medicine for a potential ear infection / trapped water in ear. Given a spray that was recommended, and was used once, only to find that it’s used only to prevent trapped water building up, not help remedy ear pain. It’s like being given a crash helmet to help fix a bang on the head. Felt like they just sold it to move some stock which they’ve struggled to get rid of
Poor service. Work locally and called to see if prescription ready. Gentleman said he would check but left me hanging on for 8 mins. Got through again and lady said it was ready but clearly not when I went to pick up.
Slow service and inaccurate phone info.
I would rather not give a single star. The waiting time for patients coming from emergency is insane here. I dont understand what 3-4 people inside are doing for hours while patients are sitting for their turns!
I call twice re stock availability for 111 emergency prescription and they disconnect call in under 20 seconds and before confirming availability. Third call back and he immediately says "you've called 10 times and we told you it's in stock". I was stunned. Oh the gaslight! On arrival the sheer rudeness was astonishing and quite simply inexplicable. No hello response. He pushes a piece of paper towards me whilst talking to a colleague and gives no instructions. I stand there awkwardly for 45 seconds then he rudely gives instructions. Finally handed the medication no thanks or bye, Just constant scowling. Feels like the caste system is in full operation in their domuan.
I'd rather not leave any stars.
PUBLIC BEWARE OF THIS CHEMIST ! :-
one makes an enquiry or asks for one off prescription to be dispensed and then without permission or warning the chemist changes one notification with one's GP so all of one's prescription are automatically sent to this them. This is RUDE , UNDERHAND,, DELIBERATELY DECEITFUL. This pharmacy did this once with my regular medications and just recently with my parents' prescriptions
They do not have prescriptions ready to collect , they wait until one arrives to collect the medication, then the label is printed, and it is checked. Only then is it handed over . I can imagine that this is very timely, especially if one is collecting medications for the elderly who usually have many items on their monthly repeats.
When I raised this with them, they became very rude and defensive.
I will not be going here again, ever.
There are much better chemists locally personally. I am more than happy with Bids the Chemists
The ABSOLUTE worst place I’ve ever had to deal with, they have 0 understanding of how to deal with an EMERGENCY, In all honesty they should be looked into because the lackadaisical approach they take to patient care is disgusting, I’ll never write a bad review but this place takes the cake for the worst pharmacy in London.
Walked in there urgently needing medical equipment they sell on the shelves and even though I was frantically asking to pay for the item the two men behind the counter were more than happy to take their time and answer phone calls instead of simply processing my purchase. It was more than obvious that I was in a rush and in an emergency situation. Genuinely makes me feel sick that I put money in their pockets
