After two people telling me about bad service here l still went today to as always been ok. Boy was I wrong. I took my car in today at 8.30am to have my car looked at for a problem. At 5.15pm car still hadn’t been looked at and put on the ramp. I booked this in four weeks ago so plenty of notice. Used to be a good garage but has gone down hill lately, seem to book to many cars in so they don’t have time. Terrible customer service, no one ever rings you up, you always have to chase them. Won’t be returning again.
Appalling garage. Squeezers me in for MOT and came back with some faults. Been waiting 10 days for quote. Even though I rang up 4/5 times chasing quotes to the admin staff that “don’t know” much everytime you ask. My retest for MOT is today. I’ve taken my business elsewhere. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
Came Recommended Some year's ago, my Nephew who works for a well known Breakdown service has his own wehicle looked after by them.
I Can't praise them Enough! No I'm not related as it might appear. Good work, honest, reasonable price wise and No Sucking through their Teeth before the price Comes out. Ok so they're always busy! I wonder why ???? get yourself over there. The money you'll save in the long run you can send to me ????????. Seriously you won't regret it.

Had a vehicle Mot'd here recently. Failed on some items which I knew about before hand, so was more than happy for them to give me a quote. Then that's were the problem started, nothing!!
Promised us 3 times they'd call me back and I even went back to ask them with yet more promises. So rung them and spoke to Neil, who after I 'd politely gave the chance to decline the work if they were too busy etc. Was again promised that they would get back to me by the end of the day, over 2 weeks later I'm still waiting!!
So had to get the vehicle repaired and Mot'd elsewhere and will also have to pay for another MOT as it's gone past the free retest timescale. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
So I visited this garage about 10 days ago to get my battery checked as the light kept coming on, as I just dropped in I didn’t really expected to get seen the same day and was told to go back the following morning 9:30-10 so in I go at 9:45, Man came out, tested battery, and ended up deciding it may be the alternator but he needed to speak to a colleague -again, fine. So by lunch I hadn’t had a call so about 2, I gave a quick call to ask if anything had been decided as to the repair or what was needed. I was told I do mechanical stuff in the morning, admin side afternoons - fine. Expected a call back, nothing than I call the next morning to be told I needed neil who was in a meeting til lunch. Asked for a call back. Nothing and 10 days on still nothing. My car was un driveable so I have had to get a tow truck to take it to another garage for repair. I would never give these guys a chance again. Not even to bother to tell me they can’t/don’t want the work is shocking to be fair.
Excellent service and very straight forward... plus they never try to add additional work or fiddle prices like most garages, would highly recommend
Diagnostic test done for me today for a warning on the car showing low brake fluid and they put some brake fluid in. Was quoted £79 for the diagnostic test 68 for the brake fluid to be put in from another garage this company only charged me very little. I'm totally gobsmacked. Lovely people here will definitely go there again.
Appalling service. It angers me to have give one star. Had my car for 5 days and did nothing to it after agreeing to replace a drive shaft clip after it failed the MOT. Kept making excuses why they hadn't done the work. If I hadn't gone and demanded my car back they would of kept it for 8 days due them not working weekends and a bank holiday. It's 50/50 if they answer the phone. This garage in my opinion is incompetent and has appalling customer service. Luckily I've now found a competent and professional garage to do the work.
