It's a good selection of various European foods.
However, the staff keeps smoking outside the store and throwing cigarette butts on the pavement in front.
It looks rather disgusting every time we pass the store.
Very disappointed, no good customer care at all. Walked in to buy a watermelon, there were two pieces left which were like a quarter of the whole one. I asked if l can have a fresh one cut into half instead because l wanted a half which was bigger than the 2 peices which were ready. The whole one was going to be too heavy for me to carry. The staff l approached was arranging things by the fridges and he told me that he was busy l have to come back later.l told him l am a customer needing to purchase a melon and he is busy to serve me. He said l am busy you can get the ones that are there or come back later and he turned his back on me and continued with what he was doing????????????????????????????
Good local supermarket with a really great range. Always pop in when I'm in Banbury
A great shop, friendly staff. Most speak English well, I just wish my Polish was good enough to chat with staff. But thank you all staff and owner for great service.
Excellent shop! Myself and a friend popped in while on an impromptu visit to Banbury. Its incredibly difficult to find some of the products this shops sells in the UK and at a 'normal' price. Really good selection of meats, the prices are not inflated, good service too. All in. If I was local, I'd be shopping here every week. Shame there are not more places like this.
Good prices, never crowded, shop for town walking
Disappointing levels of mask wearing by staff and shoppers. You’d think as a new shop they’d be doing their best to encourage customers to come into the shop and make them feel safe.
Be careful for they wrong prices they not willing to change it and horrible service by Male cashier. Not understanding I will not visit your shop any time sooner.
