a must - the local farm runs it, table and chairs next to it for your self made drinks - prices £1 for biscuits, chocolates etc, £2 for hot drinks - just opened, 1 May, for 2024.
Apart from all the fantastic Roman stuff we have seen this week stopping here to get ice cold drinks and snacks was a highlight of our week walking the wall. Many thanks for providing this lovely stop and making everything so reasonably priced. Would recommend that any wall walker should stop here to refuel. 6 stars ????
How delightful and thoughtful! Well stocked fridges of cold drinks, Chocolate and ices for walkers on Hadrian’s Wall walk and other hikers. Great idea reminds me of similar stops on El Camino De Santiago. Sitting area with decorative flags. Love it. If we hadn’t been at the end of our hike with car close by we would have partaken of refreshments.
This is a great idea but unfortunately all the ice lollies had gone when our group could have appreciated them on this hot Easter Saturday! Well done though for the cool drinks and biscuits that were available.
Great idea for a snack shack along the Hadrian's Wall, great stop for fellow travellers with a microwave, tons of snacks, ice lollies/popsicles, what else could you need? 5 stars from me ????, thank you Matthew.

Such a much needed and appreciated Oasis when halfway through a days walk. Everything you could ask for in the way of refreshments and so well presented too.
A superb place right on the wall. Ideal whatever the weather with a range of snacks and drinks available. Kudos to the owner for setting it up.
