I'm not at all a complainer, we went for a breakfast on 25/03/24
And all I can say is wow
I've had to make a account here to write this review
The whole thing was shocking
Very very Cheap sausages
That scrambled egg was rubber, looked like chicken
The fried eggs was a greasy stinky mess
Bacon look as it'll it been on a hot plate for hours
Hash brow- ya can't go wrong
Beans- a thimble full
Put it this way I can eat a lot of food me and not fussy at all
And 1st time in my life I left it!!!!
And that plate was like £8.99

Horrendous place to eat…was greeted by someone saying there’s hardly any food in and we could order from somewhere else and bring it in which we did. The service was shocking and things like finding bits in our meals and then given a tea spoon for our desserts was a joke….had to ask to clear our tables when desserts finally arrived. ???? this place will be closing soon
Just had a very disappointing dining experience while holidaying
the park. We ordered main meals which were cold as were others around (saw several being sent back). Our kids burgers came out without the lettuce and cheese as advertised and the buns were burnt. Despite being a wetherspoons hybrid a pint of beer was £6! Dessert took ages to come out only after chasing them up. Would recommend going off site rather than experience this.
Family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children.
Had lunch which was mediocre at best and quite expensive for what it was.
I'd recommend eating at the chopsticks place instead, or driving to a resteraunt close by for an evening meal.

Food was very poor and very expensive for what it was.
Sides missing from the meals, sauce bottles empty. Girl who brought the food out just dumped the plates on the table complaining they were too hot.
Place is absolutely filthy. Old food under the tables, dirty tables and upon coming in there was a table that had left quite a mess, 1 hour 30 mins later it is still all over the floor.
The reastaurant needs a big overhaul.
Food for what we paid we can't complain. Serving staff were the only reason it got stars they were fine but didn't appreciate when being served the server was on his phone texting at the same time. Was quiet when we were there so no real comments on atmosphere.
To start with, if i could pick 0 stars... i would. ???????? The wait was OUTRAGEOUS, over 60 minutes!! One of the young children in our group even fell asleep whilst eating his cold food because it was 7:30pm!
The food... barely anything! We were missing most of our burger toppings, and half of the mixed grill was nowhere to be seen!! The small ‘scoops’ of mash looked like they had been sat on! And to make the matters worse, most of everyone’s meals were completely cold!
Also, waitressing staff were standing around not doing anything, seemingly, or walking around aimlessly. Whilst we sat at our table getting more and more hungry.
Finally, the table was sticky and filthy when we turned up, and we didn’t have any fresh or clean cutlery until we had to find our own or ask for some!
In conclusion, I definitely would not recommend to anyone to go to this restaurant unless they wanted to experience one of the worst “dining” experience ever. This was absolutely appalling, and we were even noticing that the tables around us were having the same issues as us, waiting even longer too! I am beyond disappointed. ????
By far one of the worst caravan site restaurants I've been to, we booked a table via the heaven app prior to our holiday as recommended but on arrival we were told that they didn't have a table for us, there were plenty of empty dirty tables around but no one was cleaning up, after 15 minutes we were sat and left to our own.
I loaded the menu up via the app and ordered a burger for my daughter, my wife had lasagne, my son had popcorn chicken and I opted for sausage and mash, we also ordered 3 diet cokes and a squash.
The burger and lasagne I'm told were fine as were the popcorn chicken however the mash on my plate was lumpy, flaky, had no flavour at all and was burnt to the bottom of my plate I would even say they had scooped it out of a baked potato, the sausage was the smallest of chipolatas and again had no flavour.
On to the drinks, (see picture) I ordered 3 diet cokes at over £3 each and what came was a plastic cup with less than a can of cokes worth contained within, whoever poured or allowed this to be served should be ashamed of themselves, I know you pay a premium at a holiday park but this is ridiculous and we won't be buying food and drink on site again.
