Ian quite possibly saved me from a serious accident! Having just been for an MOT and service elsewhere a few days before they totally missed my brakes. Within minutes of arriving at Marwood & Shepherd, without a booking and with a weird noise coming from my wheels, I was already on the ramp and Ian had spotted the issue. All parts came incredibly fast and he had my VW crafter fixed and ready to go in a few hours. Absolutely outstanding service and all staff were super friendly and accommodating.

I’ve been using Marwood and Shepherd for a few years now, Ian, Tracey and the mechanics are excellent.
If you are thinking of using a local garage this should be your first choice.
This is the absolute BEST garage in the area.
My car was having issues with its brakes making loud noises and I was struggling to find anyone to take a look at it. I called up this garage and they said to bring it in to take a look at straight away. We did, they tested it, worked out the issue right away and said they would fix it the same day. I was SO appreciative of this as this is my only car and, living relatively rural (and being pregnant with lots of appointments!), we are stuck without it! This amazing couple even drove us back to our house and picked us up when the car was ready to collect.
I will absolutely be coming to this wonderful garage for any further work/maintenance on my car. Thank you SO much for this exceptional customer service, it's got to be the best service I've ever received.
