Very poor indeed. For two months in a row my wife’s prescriptions had items missing when we got home. Really rude staff when we went back. They should have been mortified - making a mistake like that in a Pharmacy. But they didn’t even apologise. We won’t be going back there ever again.
The pharmacist went above and beyond for me, without me even asking. He showed kindness and compassion and went the extra mile to help me with a problem I had. I'd like to say a big thank you to him. Wish I knew his name.

My husband left his medication at home and we were on holiday. Went into your pharmacy, Steph was so helpful got it sorted from the GP at home to getting the meds to us in store, relieved a phone call to say they had the prescription and we picked them up. Flawless and saved a lot of stress, thankyou.
Phoned on Friday and told they would get the tablets delivered as soon as doctor sends prescription. I arranged this the same day Phoned to confirm snd make sure prescription was received on Saturday to be told they wont deliver I cannot go to collect them so i will now be left without medication terrible service a disgrace to the pharmacy profession
I moved over here in May this year and have mine and my daughter's prescriptions sent to Martin Road Pharmacy and can I say what excellent service these guys provide.quick..polite..helpful.really go out of there way.Thank you.
Supply bad service on delivery of prescription holds for a week befor delivery would not recommend
Friendly and professional staff. Trained them in weight management and the Lipotrim pharmacy weight loss programme. The pharmacy looks great, plenty of seating and parking outside.
