Great surgery, recently moved here & looking at the reviews for the other surgery in town decided to go with Marshall’s road. What a breath of fresh air this place is compared to my last surgery in Essex, friendly staff & a doctor who listens. Also getting an appointment isn’t too much of a problem. 5 stars from me????????
Very good practice and a sympathetic doctor. The only problem is getting through on the phone in the morning to get an appointment
Had a recent appointment with the nurse Louise, very kind and abouslty lovely. Had a telephone call with Gwen the receptionist who was very helpful and kind. Thank you to all.
Decided to change doctors following bad experiences with my previous practice, to this surgery and I have to say I am delighted with the service. Registration was simple and I got a phone call the same day from the doctor after I’d asked for an appointment for my daughter. The reception staff are also extremely pleasant which is a breath of fresh air!
Friendly reception staff, helpful nurses. Self obsessed doctor with an inability to listen to patients needs. One person and one person alone lets this otherwise lovely surgery down
A year ago I registered at Marshalls Road Surgery and I cannot be happier with the level of service I have received from both the receptionists and Dr Alexander. They have been able to offer me appointments whenever needed and the support and understanding shown by Dr Alexander has been a big help to me.
Refreshing to have a doctors surgery with helpful reception without the debate and helpful doctor. Such a huge positive change from my old doctors.
Disgusting level of service from the doctor who is taking care of my grandparents. He is ignorant, doesn't let you speak and hangs up the phone on us all the time. Quite frankly he has no idea what he's on about, and is treating the elderly like they should be dead already. Absolutely horrible person and shouldn't be working in this sector. Its called healthCARE for a reason.
