We went to the cafe. Nice place.
apartments are finished to a high standard. The staff in the main are friendly and helpful. my mother has a good raport with her carers and do everything possible to keep her comfortable. The location is good with amenities close by. On site facilities include a library cafe gymnasium and party rooms.
I feel the previous review to be rather scant in its detail. I visit and stay with my mother regularly. Her care is far from fair/poor. The staff are patient, caring, very hard working. I do feel that the staffing level is low, but that has nothing to do with the actual care given by the staff. The accomodation and facilities are very good.
This is a safe and secure place for elderly. It allows them independent living with friendly support staff.
All I can say is that during Contra virus the staff here deserve a ten out of five. My father is on deaths door, nothing can be done for him. He is confused, incontinent, unreadonable and hardly the man he used to be. How cruel is dementia?
It isn't possible to move him and I guess there is nothing anyone can do. My mother is isloated with him.
Thank you so so much to the staff. It isn't easy for my father, my mother or them but still they go out of their way and beyond their job to ease the pain.

Very nice place with attached library, cafe/ restaurant helps my nanna engage with many members of the public which she loves. Rooms are brilliant with inbuilt kitchens or you order from a list and it's delivered hot by restaurant. Very roommy and fantastic staff and residents. Nanna loves it when at first she wouldn't go and hated the idea after a year long fight we finally got her to look she met a resident and spent 20 mins talking to her and she moved in the next day!!
Lovely staff and clean property. Parking is available free outside. The Cafe is very nice and the staff is super friendly. A great selection of food and the monthly quizz night is great fun
This place looks after their residents.
Perhaps a few more social events would push up to five stars.
