This is now my regular pharmacy. The male pharmacist is so warm, welcoming and friendly, and the staff are there waiting and ready to help you ASAP. Oh and they also sell my favourite brand of Rimmel make-up! Also its the perfect location for me to pick-up my groceries aswell!
Bad pharmacy. GP gave 28, tablets.
Arrive at home, in the box was only 7 tablets. I complain, but the manager very rude said they gave to me unopened box, that's not true.
I spoke to Bob in regards to a skin cream and he was more knowledgeable and helpful than the doctors themselves. I come to this chemist reguarly and the staff always go out of there way to help me. They always go the extra mile if my grandparents run out of meds. I wish there could be a marks chemist local to everyone :)

I started using Mark's Chemist after Lloyd's shut down on Soho Road, I wish I had done it sooner to be honest. Bob, the owner, is brilliant. He is really helpful, knowledgeable and a real people person. I've had a couple of issues with my my parents meds & he always goes the extra mile. Thank you providing a brilliant service.
Excellent service I received today at Marks Pharmacy. I needed an urgent Covid test, had not filled in the online forms or was prepared. The pharmacist and staff, couldn't have been more helpful, helped to fill in all the information online, provided key information and support. The pharmacy was well set up, all key procedures in place and was welcoming. Thank You
So grateful to this chemist! They were able to help out with an emergency prescription of my medication, when much larger chemists did not have any availability.
Have used the prescription service for many years at Marks chemist. Also the owner Bob is very friendly and always willing to help with any questions or queries. Plus the staff are friendly. The service is fantastic 10 out of 10.
