Bought an eclair and some chocolate cake on my way home from work... Looking forward to sharing them with my other half after tea.... Oh my goodness I have never tasted anything so rancid in all my life!!! Both cakes were hard, dry and tasted like mould!!!
Actually had to spit it out! Nothing else to be said I am afraid.
My goodness when I leave this shop I feel as if I have been in heaven. I've even got some people in the office hooked on them, can't say I have had one thing that I didn't like. Please may this shop never close. All the staff and Maria are so friendly. If you do go in you have to have the sweet bread they make, well what can I say.
I bought a slice of chocolate cake, a cup cake and a custard slice type cake for £9.50 and when i took home to eat, it was all cheap madeira sponge used for them as well and they tastes awful for the price paid. The bottom half of the chocolate cake was so damp i pressed a fork on it and lots of fluid came out of the sponge... wouldn't recommend
What a find!! Met Maria and Monica, what a great team Mum and daughter. Amazing pastries, cakes and value for money. Will be visiting very soon . This bakery is definitely worth a visit. Sue n Ken

You'll not gonna believe how close to you are the best european products which you have to be lucky to find them in your holiday in Europe. Simply delicious.
Best place for what seems like Romanian typical food.
