0 communication, the workers cannot speak proper English. They charge you for labour for each minute, even though most of the time the workers are joking around and talking. They also play around with your biking revving it to the limiter for absolutely no reason.

My bike wouldn't start.
I actually sent them a message on whatsapp. They replied within 24 hours, bike collected the next day, within 4 days. Bike was working and sounded great!
