It's definitely worth a visit. Good coffee and great cakes. Would recommend. Ideal stop for walkers or cyclists.
The coffee at the Maples is some of the best around - we’ve been visiting ever since it opened in 2019 and have come to love our local coffee shop, which it’s a real treat to have. The toasted sandwiches are delicious (try the mozzarella and chilli jam one - it’s so so good!) and my sons love the kids’ sandwiches too. We always have to have a homemade baked treat (my favourite are Jon’s gingerbread and white chocolate cookies). The atmosphere is lovely, so friendly and welcoming, and always a real buzz in there. Definitely worth a diversion off the A303 if you’re passing by (though note they’re usually closed on Sunday and Monday).

This is a great little coffee shop, it serves outstanding local coffee and delicious home made cakes, tray bakes and other delectable savories, the coronation chicken is an outstanding sandwich they offer as well as the sausage rolls, you wont be disappointed if you call in... I promise!
A fantastic local coffee shop serving freshly baked cakes and homemade sausage rolls to die for. Plenty of space in doors and outdoor seating is also available. Friendly staff too.
