Bad communication and poor customer service. Made an appointment for a flu jab over the phone for the next day, rushed on the tube during rush hour from work to be told the pharmacist called in sick that day. Staff there seemed clueless when I turned up for the appointment to begin with and I didn't receive any call or text to say appointment was cancelled. Very disappointing!
The Pharmacy managed to deliver my medication after a less than desirable Pharmacy had failed to do so. They did this within a couple of days when I was isolating as I had Covid and was very unwell so I was very grateful for this - thank you very much.
I do however think they can improve on their communication as I spoke with the lady twice on the Friday and she promised my medication would be delivered at 4pm and then at 6:45pm so I did I not ask my neighbour to go and pick it up as she gave me her word.
Unfortunately it did not arrive until the following morning. I understand they are busy but it takes two 2mins to call a patient and just let them know that they are not able to deliver as as I mentioned above my neighbour could have collected this for me and I would have got my meditation sooner.
Displeasing experience. every time they forget to give me some of my medications and do not accept their wrong doings. Awful customer service. Instead of giving the doctors prescription they try to give you alternative medications
The old man the so called doctor mr Patel he is so rude he has no respect for customers who walk in, in pain asking for help. He just sends them away in such a disgusting manner like he is the only human and the rest are Animals who go to him. The audacity he has to shout at customers wow shocking. And the english lady at the till wearing glasses she never smiles. They both are such a grumpy pair. I Didn't even want to give 1 star but to leave a review I had no choice!
They need to really change their attitudes honestly people only go there for help for advice for medicines if ill not for a social gathering .

This is the only pharmacy in FG that didn’t send me away with a wrong prescription. Efficient service. Staff contacted my GP for me to quickly get the prescription changed. Thanks so much!
Pharmacist was very helpful in finding a alternative presecription for my baby as no pharmacies had what I was perscribed. Staff are very friendly and helpful!
I went to ask if they have something to help me to stop my potential dermatitis or allergy, till I see my GP, as I have to wait 2 weeks for my appointment and it gets harder and harder to be with it everyday. So, first of all they did not know what dermatitis means and I had to explain them. Secondly, I asked them if they can sell me flixonase, which might help me, he refused to sell as it needs doctor prescription? Well, as far as any other pharmacist proven me,, you do not need prescription for flixonase nasal spray. It's a shame such people get license to work.
