I had a fantastic experience at Manor Way Dental Surgery during my recent visit. Dr. Patel provided me with an exceptionally professional hygiene and check-up. Her attention to detail and thorough examination put me at ease throughout the appointment. This practice is actually very nice and helping their patients. I had a tooth infection over New Year's holidays, everything was closed for several days and I didn't not know what to do with the pain and where to go. The receptionist understood my suffering and gave me an immediate appointment the same day. Alan took a very good care of me. Alan is a very nice person and excellent professional who is always eager to help and understand patients. I know I can trust him. Other staff members of the practice are always so kind and polite, I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you all for always being there when I need help! ❤
As a very nervous patient, and years of not finding the right dentist, since being at manor practice, everyone I’ve seen has put me at ease. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Receptionist is very warming and helpful, so pleased I finally found the perfect dental practice for me.

It was wonderful experience. Dr.Kunal was a super hero for me. he just finished everything in 15 mins. He first gave me injection ???? inside the toot N then started my filling and cleaning. It was very quick. The entire staff was also very friendly helped me in everything.

This practice completely failed me. I had a complex tooth extraction and was told I'd receive aftercare details in my inbox. I never received anything and used the NHS website assuming that would suffice. The socket got infected and when I went in to get treatment the dentist said I should have come in sooner. How is a patient to know when it's time to come in if you're also told it will hurt and be uncomfortable for a number of days? The practise should have 1) sent me proper aftercare instructions, and 2) setup a follow up appointment preemptively. This could have been avoided by better care from the practice.
I will not be returning to this practice and suggest others find a more a responsible practice to entrust their dental care with.
Very friendly staff! From the receptionist to the dentist! Dr Kunal is a lovely dentist, very knowledgable. Practice is clean and modern. All round great experience.
Alan is amazing with nervous patients, he has gone above and beyond many times to help me put and put my mind at ease. Also the receptionist is very helpful. Overall a very good dentist and I would recommend to anyone
